Allison (Allie) Ford
Massachusetts Bar Foundation
A volunteer of ABCD’s Field of Dreams for over a decade, Allison (Allie) Ford is the Development Director at the Massachusetts Bar Foundation, which is a statewide nonprofit whose mission is to improve the administration of justice, promote an understanding of the law, and ensure equal access to the legal system for all residents of the Commonwealth. Prior to her current position at the Foundation, she worked at the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Martha’s Vineyard Museum, primarily focusing on membership and events at both organizations. Allie obtained her Masters in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from Arizona State University and her B.A. from Fairfield University. She and her husband Eric live in Dorchester.

Shantell Jeter
Founder, You Got It, Girl
​A former physical education teacher and Division I varsity basketball coach, Shantell Jeter proudly serves as a member of the ABCD Hoop Dreams event committee. In 2023, Shantell was honored as a Commonwealth Heroine of Massachusetts, recognizing her dedication to empowering young women and girls through sport and mentorship. In 2022, she launched You Got It Girl, a free basketball and leadership initiative that has already impacted over 400 young women through clinics, seasonal training, and summer camps. Rooted in the joy and lessons of her youth, Shantell says, “I show up for young people as my full, authentic self, and they keep showing up for me.” Follow her on Instagram @CoachShantell.​

Kisandra Ayanbeku
Founder, Still Got It Athlete
Kisandra Ayanbeku is a former collegiate basketball player from Montclair State University, where she was named Female Student-Athlete of the Year, a two-time All-Conference honoree, and a 1,000-point scorer. She earned her Master’s in Sport Administration from Canisius College and has over 14 years of coaching experience, including a 2016 NJCAA National Championship at Roxbury Community College. Kisandra is also the Director of College and Career Prep and Post-Secondary Services at a non-profit and the founder of Still Got It Athlete, a brand dedicated to creating competitive opportunities for athletes to continue proving they “still got it."
